I spent many years working for both Microsoft and Apple, helping people use their technology with confidence. I also grew up alongside the rapid evolution of home computers, smartphones, Wi-Fi, and streaming—so I’ve seen it all, fixed it all, and explained it all in plain English.
Today, I focus on helping homeowners with everyday technology in a way that’s calm, respectful, and never rushed. No jargon. No pressure. Just reliable help to get things working the way they should—and to make sure you feel comfortable using them when I leave.
