About borrow my son-in-law

Living and helping in the west valley

Technology is supposed to make life easier.

But for many people, it ends up doing the opposite—slow computers, confusing phones, Wi-Fi that works in one room but not another, and support lines that leave you more frustrated than when you started.

That’s exactly why Borrow My Son-In-Law was created.

Everyone deserves to have a tech-savvy family member they can call when something isn’t working. Not everyone has one nearby. And trying to troubleshoot over the phone—even with actual family—can be stressful for everyone involved.

I step in as that local, trusted help

A Lifetime Around Technology—Without the Jargon

I spent years working with two of the biggest names in technology—Microsoft and Apple—helping people use their devices, solve problems, and feel confident with the tools in their homes and businesses.

But more importantly, I grew up alongside the evolution of home technology itself. From early personal computers to today’s connected homes, streaming services, smartphones, and Wi-Fi networks, I’ve worked hands-on with it all.

That experience means I don’t just understand how technology works—I understand how to explain it in plain English

No buzzwords.
No talking down to you.
No rushing out the door.

What Makes This Different From Typical “Tech Support”

Borrow My Son-In-Law isn’t a big-box service.
There are no scripts, no upselling, and no confusing service plans.

Instead, you get:

In-home help from the same person every time
Clear explanations at your pace
Solutions tailored to how you use technology
Help with real-world needs—not just devices
An honest approach focused on fixing problems, not selling products

My goal isn’t just to get things working.
It’s to make sure you feel comfortable using them when I leave, just like I would with my own mother-in-law (who lives in Sun City.)
