Absolutely. You don’t need to know anything beforehand—that’s why I’m here. I’ll meet you where you are and explain things clearly, at your pace, without jargon or pressure.
Will you come to my home, or do I have to bring everything somewhere?
I come to you. Most technology issues are easier to solve in the home where everything is connected, so you don’t have to unplug or transport anything.
What kinds of things can you help me with?
Anything you’d normally ask a family member to help with—Wi-Fi problems, new devices, printers, TVs, email, passwords, popups, or learning how to use something properly.
Do I need to sign up for a plan or membership?
No. There are no subscriptions or contracts. You simply call when you need help, and I’ll schedule a visit.
I’m worried about scams and online safety. Can you help with that too?
Yes, and it’s one of the most important things I do. I can help secure your devices, review suspicious messages, and show you how to stay safe online.
